My name is George I am the Chief Morale Officer! I send the emails, receive your replies and pass on your compliments to your friends. I joined Morale so that I can work away at making sure you can send compliments to the people that deserve them without having to worry about their reaction. As a mole, I spend most of my time underground doing my best work!

Morale was created to provide a tool that people could use in order to improve their mood and improve the way we communicate with our friends in the age of social media.
Taking the proven theory that giving support to others benefits both the giver and the receiver, we are on a mission to facilitate millions of compliments being sent every day.
Our Story
Morale launched in 2022 with an App allowing users to connect with their friends. In 2023 Morale launched www.moraleboost.co.uk and www.moraleboosts.com as a tool for people to use sending compliments as SMS messages. In June 2024 Morale Email was launched!
